• Competition Period: Starts 27 June 2025 and ends 31 December 2025.
• Prize Draws: Three winners will be selected at random bi-monthly during the competition period.
• Prize Fulfilment: Each winner will receive their prize within 30 days after each respective draw.
• Prize Details: Each winner will receive a Lupini Digs Jol valued at R6,000.00, including: a case of each Lupini variant, a DJ, a photographer.
• Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
• Eligibility Exclusion: This competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, or agents of Lupini and/or Truman and Orange Pty Ltd.

1. The promoter is Truman and Orange Pty (LTD) (2013/155548/07), hereafter referred to as “the Promoter”.
2. This competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older, in possession of a valid ID and driver’s license, excluding any employees, directors, partners, or agents of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, their immediate families, or anyone connected professionally to the competition.
3. This Promotional Competition starts on 27 June 2025 and ends on 31 December 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Three winners will be selected by random draw, one every second month, with final selection concluded by 31 January 2026. Winners will be contacted telephonically to verify their details. The Promoter will attempt contact once daily for five consecutive working days. If contact fails, a new winner may be drawn.
5. Entry into the competition gives participants a chance to win only; winning is not guaranteed.
6. The Promoter does not provide any warranties regarding the prize and accepts no responsibility for damages suffered as a result of participation or prize acceptance.
7. To enter, participants must:
a. Purchase a 750ml bottle of Lupini from a participating retailer.
b. Scan the QR code displayed in-store or visit the competition website to submit their contact details and a photo of the till slip, OR
c. WhatsApp a photo of their till slip to +27 79 351 7249.
8. Proof of purchase (dated within the competition period) is required to claim a prize. Participants must retain a clear copy of the till slip.
9. Multiple entries are allowed with separate and unique purchases. Entries exceeding 20 total entries or more than 10 entries per day may be reviewed and disqualified for suspected spamming.
10. Any returned Lupini products linked to an entry will invalidate that entry.
11. Each valid entry qualifies for one chance to win a Lupini Digs Jol. A total of three winners will be selected.
12. All winners will need to provide full name, ID number, contact details, and sign an acknowledgment of prize receipt.
13. A copy of these Terms and Conditions is available at www.trumanandorange.com during the competition period.
14. By entering, winners consent to the public use of their names and images by the Promoter without further compensation. Winners may object in writing.
15. Personal data collected will only be used for this promotion, in accordance with South African data protection laws, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries, regardless of reason. Proof of entry submission is not proof of receipt.
17. The Promoter is not liable for technical failures that may prevent successful competition entry.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of fraud or manipulation.
19. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable.
20. The Promoter may use winners’ photos, names, and likenesses for publicity purposes without compensation unless the winner formally objects.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, and participants waive any rights to compensation.
22. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal value.
23. The Promoter and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage suffered in connection with this competition.
24. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
26. The competition is governed by the laws of South Africa, and participants agree to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
